JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead and coordinate daily activities of a 2nd shift
team (46 machinists) Perform hands-on CNC setups, prove-outs, and
troubleshooting of complex parts Operate CNC machines as needed to
support workflow and priority jobs Ensure compliance with AS9100
standards, quality requirements, and internal procedures Interpret
blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to ensure accuracy Drive
accountability for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery Communicate
effectively with programming, quality, and day shift leadership for
smooth handoffs Identify and implement process improvements to reduce
scrap and improve cycle times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work
environment \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: This
hands-on leadership opportunity involves both supervising a small,
close-knit team of 46 machinists and actively working on the machines
yourself. You\'ll be working in our clean, modern, climate-controlled
shop alongside some truly veteran, long-tenured machinists who are ready
to share their expertise. We need someone who loves to focus on complex
