JOB PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Frame Sales Coordinator ensures the accuracy in day-to-day operations within product offering and all wood capabilities. A qualified candidate for this position will be able to easily facilitate clear communications between production/manufacturing and our customers, sufficiently maintain a complex knowledge of our ordering system, require little to no direction and maintain a contributing attitude.
JOB DUTIES:
- Take in orders and process information used for production planning and pricing:
- Update Production Planning Documents
- Update reporting documents to reflect incoming orders
- Update customers if they are close to certain price points
- Provide pricing and price codes to correspond with the volume of order and customer
- Reporting requirements out of ERP system and manipulating data within Excel
- Manage Communication between Production and Customers:
- Communicating updates in the schedule
- Communicating backorder situations
- Communicating timelines and additional updates
- Update price changes within ERP system and communicate changes with customers
- Contributing to the production planning process:
- Work with the sales team on any switches or volume/frequency changes
- Quote Requests:
- Assist sales by providing quotes for customers
- Organize and save quotes provided for future reference
- Answer Customer Service Phone Line and assisting customers according to needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong leadership qualities, oral and written presentation communication skills, team-player mentality, ability to efficiently multi-task, self-motivated and a contributing attitude
- Ability to stay organized and calm to efficiently manage all projects
- Proficient knowledge of Excel (Advanced level Excel skills preferred)
- At least 2 years of customer service experience within manufacturing and supply chain distribution environments required
- Inside sales experience preferred
