The Dealer Market Activation Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with dealers and small door shops to drive sales and market share growth through participation in down-channel sales activities. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting partners, to ensure that they have the tools and knowledge needed to effectively sell Masonite doors systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and door shops to expand Masonite's share of wallet in assigned geography.
- Provide training, resouces, and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell Masonite door systems and components.
- Support new product launches and product share growth initiatives to drive premium mix.
- Collaborate with sales enablement and channel marketing to develop promotions, events,and campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate growth
- Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends, using this knowledge to adjust channel strategies as needed.
- Individual Contributor
- Field/WFH (Seattle, WA and Portland, OR surrounding metropolitan areas)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Direct sales experience of 3 - 5 years preferred
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate - up to 70% of the time
