Overview
Manually pull materials/doors and properly inspect, stack and stage for loading.
Reads order, gathers ordered materials/doors manually or with forklift, sorts for proper stacking, applies place cards, stages for loading.

Overview
Manually pull materials/doors and properly inspect, stack and stage for loading.
Reads order, gathers ordered materials/doors manually or with forklift, sorts for proper stacking, applies place cards, stages for loading.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining assigned warehouse areas organized, labeled and with only correct product in them. Rotating overstock and inventory as needed
- Aid in monitoring material throughout the plant to insure it is in proper location and help locate product for pullers and other personnel as needed
- Help ensure product is stored and handled in a safe damage free manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, excellent dexterity, must work at a fast pace and handle multiple parts, fast pace is physically demanding
- Must have moderate knowledge door types.
- Moderate knowledge is needed in core and skin types, door/customer quality specs, and production tickets.
- Read tape measure to 1/32" inch. Efficient tool operation
- Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memo
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1-2 years in manufacturing environment, preferred
