This role is responsible for coordinating and organizing door orders, verifying accuracy against customer specifications, and directing material flow throughout the staging process. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to accurately manage data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure product quality. Knowledge of customer requirements, door specifications, and basic math is essential to support efficient operations and meet shipping needs.

Ability to read a tape measure up to 1/16”, correct pallet size with doors, customer specific stacking/packing requirements.

Physical Demands
Manually lift/slide/flip materials or doors up to 50 lbs and over with assistance. (bending, stooping, twisting, - dexterity throughout shift). Standing for long continuous hours. Ability to stand and/or walk for entirety of shift. Must be able to sit as needed for periods of time to complete paperwork and ability to work on a computer.

Excellent memory recall, strong planning and organizational skills, ability to comprehend and retain large amounts of data, high attention to details, detail oriented, & read/interpret schedules. Fast paced and constantly need to recall where doors are staged.

Communicate with upstream and downstream departments - expectation to immediately communicate internal process oriented defects for quick recovery/repair.
Working Environment
Mildly controlled environment - can expect some cold and heat during extreme weather conditions. High dust and noisy environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and sorts orders to segregate orders by PO, customer, and customer locations.
- Verifies doors and jetta mark/species on the doors match the tickets.
- Directs lift drivers on where to stage pallets of doors.
- Sends doors to repair that fail to meet quality specs.
- Communicates with upstream/downstream channels for doors shipping needs to complete loads.
