- PIMs Data Administrator for Student and Child Accounting.
- Federal, State, and Local Grant Management. Act as a liaison between the administration, the schools, and the Business Office. Monitor expenditures and ensure that all appropriate documentation is retained for audit.
- Budget manager for Curriculum, Staff Development, Title I, Title II, Title IV, Pre-K Counts, Summer Camps, KinderCamp, and Jump Start. Monitor expenditures and reconcile budgets.
- Budget Manager for Pupil Services, IDEA, ACCESS, Pupil Health, and Title III, and monitor expenditures and reconcile budgets.
- Oversee the Medical Assistance Billing Program and supervise the Administrative Assistant to Special Education
- Supervise the IEP Scheduler Secretary
- Oversee Registration
- Oversee the State Reporting Functions, including Child Accounting
- Oversee the Paraprofessional training for compliance with PDE guidelines
- Complete the Office of the Civil Rights Report
- Observe established policies and procedures

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient computer skills and Google apps, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Proficient technical skills, including organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with frequent interruptions and to meet deadlines
- Ability to utilize current technology to provide financial analysis and reports
- Ability to demonstrate diplomacy when dealing with parents, teachers, staff, community members, and other external contacts; and to maintain confidentiality
- Submission of PA School Personnel Health form
- Current Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances

- Starting Salary range: $91,728- $107,503 annual; Salary and benefits according to the agreement between the Board of School Directors and the Management Team Compensation and Evaluation Plan, Policies #327 and #333-339.
