We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Molder/Coremaker to join our foundry team and become part of a craft that has been at the heart of American manufacturing since the Industrial Revolution.

No prior foundry experience required — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to show up and do the job right.

The Details

• Starting pay: $18.50–$20.00/hr
• Hours: Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule: 4-day work week — Fridays off

What You'll Do

• Read and follow the molding production schedule to prioritize and complete daily work assignments
• Perform core mold and coremaking tasks including filling, stripping, and closing molds
• Operate and maintain various mold and core making equipment following established procedures
• Identify and set up pattern and core equipment per process instruction sheets
• Accurately place chills and risers into tooling as specified
• Set up pattern equipment according to process instructions
• Operate overhead cranes and air hoists safely and efficiently
• Track and report production accurately on a shift-by-shift basis
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills — counting, addition, and multiplication
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 100 lbs. — assistance is available and encouraged for lifts over 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in or near elevated temperatures and a dusty environment — this is a foundry, and we want people who know what they're signing up for
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and complete tasks independently
• Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
