- Ten plus years in the electrical industry managing projects.
- Experience running a team of Project Managers
- Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required.
- Extensive material, lighting and distribution knowledge.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic estimating experience.
- Knowledge of Accubid estimating software and Timberline job costing software is desirable though not required.
- Track record of completing quality projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contractors and clients.
- Knowledge and experience processing change orders from start to finish.
- Experience managing safety aspects of a project (OSHA certification preferred).
- Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects.
- Ensure project documentation is complete.
- Consult with other Project Managers on projects.
- Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
