Senior Electrical Project Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all phases of large electrical projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution

· Lead project teams including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors

· Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards, contract specifications, and safety requirements

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates

· Monitor job costing, labor productivity, and material tracking to ensure profitability

· Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans

· Collaborate with internal departments including estimating, engineering, and field operations

Qualifications:

· 8 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership project management role

· Proven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finish

· Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and construction best practices

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Proficient in project management tools

· Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
