What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Crew Leader position at Owen Brown Interfaith Center?
Experienced Custodial Team crew leader wanted for weekend evenings. This role works Saturday and Sunday evening from 3:00 to 11:00 PM. You will be responsible for supervising a small team of 2-4 custodians in a busy community interfaith center. Our custodial team performs daily cleaning of the building and grounds and performs set-ups and teardowns for our customers in our large and small venue spaces.
You will interact with customers, enforce building rules and regulations, as well as company policies. Must have previous custodial and janitorial experience as well as proven successful experience performing leadership and supervision of others.
