Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and patient-focused dental hygienist to join our practice on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who wants to expand their skills and grow professionally. We are willing to provide additional training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments and patient care
• Conduct thorough oral examinations, including:
• Oral cancer screenings
• Occlusion (bite) evaluation
• Periodontal assessments
• Take and interpret digital radiographs (X-rays)
• Capture clinical patient photographs
• Perform digital intraoral scans
• Fabricate night guards and other prescribed appliances
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Clean, organize, and maintain treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient coordination
• Make patient calls regarding appointments, treatment follow-up, and recalls
• Support Invisalign treatment workflows
• Assist with practice marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital dentistry is a plus, but not required
• Invisalign experience is not required—we will provide training
