Position Summary:
Teacher will serve as a student-centered educator who is a learner and warm demander for all learners. The teacher will establish collaborative & impactful relationships with colleagues, families, and students. Teacher will understand and model best instructional practices, serve as a member of a Professional Learning Community, and ensure high levels of student learning. Candidate must have a learner, inclusionary, and equity-focused mindset and see that their presence has an impact with students and our school environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid MN 1-6 or K-6 Elementary Education Teaching license.
- Student-Centered
- Commitment and belief around ensuring all students learn at high levels.
- Demonstrated use of research-based instructional and engagement strategies to meet the continuum of individual learning needs while using data and assessments to guide instructional decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students to achieve student learning results.
FTE/Schedule: 1.0 FTE
Salary: Based on candidate's education and experience per the OEA Master Agreement.
