- Manage labor, budgets, operating expenses, and warehouse profitability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring service commitments are met.
- Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and effective utilization of WMS and operational systems.
- Oversee facility, equipment, and asset maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
- 5 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing labor, operational performance, and customer relationships.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and operational technology preferred.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular presence on the warehouse floor.
