Owatonna Heating & Cooling has been dedicated to providing the best heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service to the Owatonna community for more than 35 years. We are known for our quality work, prompt service, and friendly staff and are currently looking for an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team!
Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required occasionally; bi-monthly on-call required
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification
- NATE install certification is preferred
- Proficiency in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Proficiency in understanding refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and commercial systems is preferred
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
- General knowledge of all HVAC low-voltage systems
- Ability to test and balance systems
- Ability to train and supervise others
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
