You will be expected to have a good working and presentable vehicle to drive at work. We will be on the road going to appointments in the yuma az area. In the beginning you will shadow and training will be provided and outlined in the interview. 4-6 days a week 30 - 40 hrs. Weekends required with great hours and schedule.

- Assist with event planning by organizing logistics, preparing materials, and coordinating vendor or participant communications to ensure successful events.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized physical and digital files.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping.
- Facilitate project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing status reports, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and data analysis; perform proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct transcription of meetings or notes as required; assist with office supply inventory management and ordering.
