Location: Flagstaff, AZ (In-person)
Schedule: Full-time, 4x10s (Monday – Thursday, Fridays off!)
Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 (depending on experience) We also have an aggressive raise schedule with everyone making at least $50k by the end of year one.
Who We Are
We build lightweight pop-top camper shells by hand in Flagstaff, AZ. Every camper is cut, welded, glued, sewn, and riveted in our shop by a small, dedicated crew. Our lightest model, the Bivy, starts at under 220 lbs, and we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship that brings customers to us from all over the country.
We are looking for a reliable, autonomous professional to take ownership of our marketing and content.
The Role
We need a self-motivated person to manage our marketing efforts, social media accounts, and digital advertising. Working directly with the owners, you will have a high degree of autonomy to run campaigns and create content. Our customers research heavily before buying, and your goal is to meet them at every stage of their journey—from an initial social media post to a targeted ad that drives them to reach out.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage our social media presence, primarily Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories, and DMs).
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos in the shop, on the trail, and at camp.
- Write clear, engaging copy for digital ads, email campaigns, and our website.
Paid Advertising
- Run and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns—handling creative, targeting, testing, and reporting.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, keyword strategy).
- Analyze ad metrics to track performance, optimize spend, and report on what is working.
Customer Support & Events
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
- Provide occasional in-person camper tours to visiting customers.
- Assist with answering phones and responding to customer emails when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Digital Ads Experience: Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads.
- Content Skills: Solid photography and video editing skills using a phone or dedicated camera.
- Strong Copywriting: Ability to write clear, concise text.
- Analytical Mindset: You understand ad metrics and can make data-driven decisions.
- Autonomous: You manage your own time well and prioritize tasks without micromanagement.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in trucks, camping, or hand-built products is highly preferred.
Bonus points for Shopify experience, familiarity with email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), or personal experience with truck camping.
