What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camper Assembler position at OVRLND LLC?
Pay starts at $18 with frequent raises. Most folks are making over $50k/ year ($24 ) after their 1st year. We have health insurance, PTO and 401k matching.
We work four tens, so you always have a three day weekends with Fridays off!
We build campers, and are looking for one person that will assist in tasks around the shop.
Duties
- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
- Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble components
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Learn new processes and improve daily
- Help others when and if you have time
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production environment preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and an aptitude for working with tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of shop safety is a must.
