You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with developers and business users to gather requirements and scope
- projects
- Analyzing existing systems for robustness and performance improvements
- Presenting ideas for system improvements, both technical and business-related
- Producing product specifications and training peers and users on system use and
- maintenance
- Unit, integration, and functional testing
- Maintaining and supporting the systems once released to UAT and production
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
- C#, OOP, Concurrency, Real-time Systems, Automated Unit Testing, SOA
- Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle
- Strong communication skills
- FIX Protocol, Electronic Trading Experience (preferred)
Salary : $180,000 - $240,000
