HCA Florida Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN to join an independent, physician-owned private practice in Orlando, Florida.

Job Summary:
HCA Florida Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN to join an independent, physician-owned private practice in Orlando, Florida.
Qualified candidates:
- Active and Unrestricted Florida License (or ability to obtain a Florida License)
- Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
- New Resident graduates welcome
- $50,000 sign on bonus
- Highly competitive base salary (adjustable based on previous experience and certification)
- Increasing longevity and production-based bonuses

- Paid Malpractice, NICA, Florida Licensure, DEA and Professional Memberships
- Low volume, low risk patient panels; number of OB deliveries are capped each month.
- Limited Call; 1:5 home-based call with hospitalist back up on each unit 24/7
- Practice delivers at level 2 NICU hospitals only; high risk pregnancies are referred out.
- Only four clinic days per week with no weekend or late-night clinic.
- Two thriving office locations in Winter Park and Lake Nona.
- Each location currently has 4 physicians, covering a single hospital.
