Overview
The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares.

Responsibilities
- Operates dish machine and three compartment washing sink.
- Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
- Restocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning.
- Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business need.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Self-starter
- Multi-tasker
- Needs minimum supervision
- Communicates well with team members, management, guests and others.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the State Gaming Agency and Tribal Gaming Office prior to beginning work and are required to have license as required.
