Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Facility Operations to provide executive leadership across our portfolio of operations teams supporting hyperscale and enterprise data center customers. This role is accountable for setting strategy, driving consistent service delivery, and strengthening customer trust at the executive level. The SVP will build and mentor senior leaders, oversee operational frameworks, and own the budget and profitability of Facility Operations, ensuring both growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Provide executive direction and oversight for Facility Operations teams across multiple customer accounts.
• Build, develop, and inspire senior leaders, ensuring scalable, high-performing teams.
• Define operating models, standards, and processes that deliver consistent results and reliability.

Operations & Performance

• Ensure service delivery aligns with customer objectives, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor portfolio-wide performance and lead initiatives for transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Champion a safety-first culture through governance, training, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

• Own the budget, P&L, and profitability of Facility Operations.
• Develop pricing, margin, and cost-management strategies that support sustainable growth.
• Oversee vendor management, service contracts, and resource strategies to maximize efficiency.

Customer & Industry Engagement

• Serve as the senior operational executive for customer accounts, maintaining trusted relationships with hyperscale and enterprise clients.
• Partner with customers on strategic initiatives to ensure alignment and long-term success.
• Represent the company at industry events, executive meetings, and forums as a recognized thought leader.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in facility operations, preferably within the data center industry.
• Demonstrated success managing large, multi-site, cross-functional teams.
• Proven P&L ownership with strong financial management and profitability accountability.
• Deep technical understanding of mission-critical facility systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, UPS, safety).
• Executive presence with the ability to engage effectively at the C-suite level.
• Established industry reputation and network.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
