Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years’ administrative or HR-related experience required.
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, especially regarding time management and prioritization, with ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and follow-through from beginning to end on assigned tasks.
  • Consistent, reliable transportation for travel and errands.
  • Proficient in Windows operating system, cloud-based systems, electronic databases, and Office365.
  • Readily establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
  • Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and proof of insurance per Overture insurance guidelines.
  • Must pass background check and other screening per Overture requirements.

Salary Range: $23-24 per hour

Essential Functions and Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):

Intake & Referral Coordination

· Serve as the first point of contact for incoming provider referrals, ensuring timely response and follow-up

· Review and process referrals, assessing provider viability and alignment with organizational needs

· Coordinate and schedule meet and greets between prospective providers, program staff, and individuals receiving services

· Communicate referral status and outcomes to program staff and leadership in a timely manner

· Maintain a referral tracking system to monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and follow-up needs

· Respond to provider inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach

Program Liaison & Collaboration

· Serve as the primary liaison between contracted providers and program staff throughout the onboarding and intake process

· Communicate regularly with program coordinators, residential teams, and health services staff to align provider placements with participant needs and to address questions, concerns, or documentation gaps

· Attend relevant program meetings to stay current on service needs, capacity, and provider requirements

· Support program staff in navigating provider onboarding timelines and compliance requirements

· Escalate unresolved provider or placement concerns to appropriate leadership promptly

Provider Onboarding & Candidate Assessment

· Conduct initial interviews with prospective provider candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with Overture's mission and values

· Educate prospective providers about the organization's programs, expectations, person-centered philosophy, and contractor requirements

· Guide providers through the full onboarding process, offering clear instructions, support, and accountability at each stage

· Ensure all required onboarding materials, agreements, and documentation are completed prior to service start dates

· Serve as a consistent resource for providers to ensure understanding of onboarding practices, requirements, and timelines

· Offer flexibility in service delivery to accommodate the diverse needs of contracted providers

· Home inspections of potential providers.

Documentation & Compliance Management

· Collect, review, and maintain all required contractor documentation including W-9s, insurance certificates, licenses, certifications, and background checks

· Verify documentation compliance with company, state, and federal requirements prior to onboarding completion

· Conduct initial and recurring background checks including OIG screenings, Medicaid exclusion screenings, and any other required regulatory checks

· Track renewal dates for ongoing background check requirements and screenings

· Notify contractors of expiring documentation and collect updated information proactively to maintain compliance

· Escalate concerns regarding missing, expired, or non-compliant documentation to appropriate leadership

· Ensure all contractor files are audit-ready and maintained in alignment with compliance standards at all times

*This position is a hybrid/flex remote schedule out of your nearest located office and requires travel to our other Colorado locations as needed. Cities include Denver Metro & Longmont
