Overture Partners is hiring an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing IT staffing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of urgency, a competitive mindset, and the desire to build a high-earning career in recruiting and sales.
We don’t do resume pushing. We connect great people to high-impact roles in Cybersecurity, AI, and Digital Transformation using a proven, structured recruiting approach.

What You’ll Do
- Source and engage top technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Build real relationships with candidates, not transactional conversations
- Learn and apply Overture’s PRECISE Talent Blueprint to evaluate skill and culture fit
- Own the recruiting process from first outreach through offer and onboarding
- Track activity and results with discipline inside our ATS
- Compete against clear goals and performance metrics
