Overture has partnered with a major consumer membership platform to build out a new live entertainment category, launching in the United Kingdom with a first wave of theatre, immersive, comedy, and cinema partners. We're looking for one Account Coordinator to run the daily operation of that partnership and help us grow it.
Responsibilities
On a daily basis (estimated 1 hour per day), we are looking for someone to handle a daily bookings reconciliation & list delivery, as well as respond to any inbound communications, both from partners and customers. When bandwidth allows, this role may also handle outreach to new prospective clients, coordinate onboarding of new entities onto the platform, and help with general tasks related to the partnership.
Job Requirements
- Must possess excellent written communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
- Must be dependable and self-motived to work in silo and also consistently meet regularly-cadenced deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with spreadsheets and databases.
- A basic understanding and usage of Claude Cowork & AI automation platforms is ideal, though an openness to learning new technologies is a must.
- Must be highly comfortable interfacing with new parties on a daily basis.
- Hours must be spread across the week (not combined into one day), though some schedule flexibility may be possible.
Compensation & Duration
$150 per week for six hours a week, roughly one hour each morning. Starting duration for 1-2 months with the potential to extend further on a month-to-month basis. Fully remote.
