About The Job

• Overtime is looking for a multi-talented digital media professional for the position of Senior YouTube Strategist
• Our team is based in Brooklyn (DUMBO) and works a hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday in office
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate for this position will be ready to work cross-functionally across Overtime’s Content and Production teams to ensure our videos are optimized across all channels for YT
• This individual will work closely with the live Broadcast teams to maximize live game viewership
• This candidate must be able to ideate high performing youtube videos and thumbnails and then work with the production team to bring those ideas to life
• The YouTube Strategist will be expected to project manage across multiple concurrent leagues and channels. Project management skills and proactive communications will be key across internal departments to ensure viewership goals are being met and/or exceeded
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience working in the media industry across digital content metrics, optimization, and reporting
• Expertise with YT studio and experience interpreting and manipulating YT studio data is required
• You LOVE consuming digital content and are well-versed in all of the social platforms
• You understand Overtime’s content voice and audience
• Comfortable wearing many hats, and bouncing between different projects from minute-to-minute
• A self-starter, always looking for people and projects that could use a helping hand
• Your organization and communication skills are ELITE
• You have incredible attention-to-detail
  
  

Overtime expects the base salary for this position to be $100k -115K annually depending on the candidate, in addition to offering health benefits, paid time off, and stock options in the company.
