As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the face of the company and will work closely with guests to create exceptional experiences for them. You will quote, book, and follow-up with guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest feels welcome and taken care of during their stay. Responsibilities- Create exceptional experiences for guests by providing excellent customer service
- Manage guest reservations, including booking, check-in, and check-out procedures
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always clean and well-maintained
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about local attractions and amenities
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote Oversee's properties and services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
