This role focuses on assisting with the installation, finishing, and maintenance of concrete collars and related concrete structures. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities And Duties
Project Execution & Installation
- Work hard and efficiently alongside other crew members, including finishers and equipment operators, to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of the work.
- Coordinate with foreman to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with foreman to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with foreman, and customers as required.
- Provide updates on progress, site conditions, and expected completion timeline reports to foreman/crew leader.
- Ensure work aligns with project schedules and deadlines.
- Provide accurate time stamps entries
- Previous experience in concrete collar
- work or construction preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
