Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and organized area.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
- Load/Unload building material using forklift or by hand.
- Must be Flexible in hours worked.
- Carrying, loading, and unloading big and bulky items up to 80lbs, between staging area, storage area, and customer vehicle. Doors, lumber, windows etc.
- Shuttle building material between storage locations in town.

None.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prior experience working in home improvement stores is a plus. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and of the employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Able to calculate square footage and linear feet.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic computer skills
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Prior experience driving Forklift
Must have valid Arkansas drivers license

Ability to receive and carry out verbal and written instructions; ability to communicate with employees, managers and professionals.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk; physical stamina to remain on feet and manipulate power tools, etc., for greatest part of working day. The employee is frequently required to kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
