Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports
- Writing and editing letters, reports and instructional documents
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Managing travel arrangements - rarely
- Performs other job duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). No degree required but those with degrees with prior experience move to the top. Prior experience in an office setting required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Arkansas Drivers License and excellent driving record preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to receive and carry out verbal and written instructions; filing and record keeping; ability to communicate with employees, managers, and professionals.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use a computer and file. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
