What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter / Housekeeper position at Overlook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center?
This position is responsible for upkeeping the floors in common areas and resident rooms. This includes sweeping, mopping and buffing. Other job responsbilities include trash removal, assisting with delivery of supplies, cleaning / disinfecting resident rooms, assisting with room changes, and various other housekeeping duties as required.
The candidate for this position must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
