Responsibilities

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact and promptness, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards.

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage for communicating effectively with diverse guests.
