College Park Family Care Center is seeking an advanced practice provider for a full-time opportunity at our Legends location in Kansas City, Kansas.

Qualified Candidates:

• Experience in a full-spectrum family medicine practice is required
• Ability to work 5 days a week/full time
• Ability to obtain Kansas licensure
