- Predictable Schedule: Monday through Friday, providing care to an average of 15 patients per day; no nights or weekends
- Clinical Autonomy with Support: You manage your patients; we'll handle the rest; our clinical and administrative teams are there to support you so you can stay focused on care

- Rewarding Compensation: Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $135,280 to $160,336 with no cap on productivity income potential
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality psychiatric care and medication management to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Collaborate with facility teams to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide follow-up and continuity of care that enhances mental wellness and quality of life
What You'll Need
- Active PMHNP license in Kansas with the ability to practice and bill independently
- DEA license in Kansas
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and documentation skills
- A passion for improving the mental health and well-being of older adults
