- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food production machinery
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food production for high-volume output
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen by implementing rigorous sanitizing procedures and maintaining an organized workspace
- Experience
- Proven experience as a line cook or sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment with high-volume production experience
- Strong culinary background with expertise in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent knife skills combined with proficiency in food handling and portion control
