Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician for our Lake Hills (Bellevue), WA location.
Position Highlights
- RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- Centralized pharmacist refill support
- Provider EPIC trainer
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
- Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model
- Join a physician-led organization where you'll experience the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice but with the support and stability of an employed position
- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $291,000-$415,000 annually
- Up to 5 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
- Relocation support available
- 5–7% retirement matching and immediate vesting
- Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school required
- Completion of a US Residency required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
- Washington physician license by time of hire required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
