Residential salesman overseeing all of Windham County. Candidate must be comfortable talking to home owners and contractors. Will be responsible for managing all leads and customers in the county. Must be able to read a tape measure, multitask, and and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidate will train with salesman and technician to learn the product line and business. Customer base will range from new construction to retro fits. Your will work with builders, general contractors, and home owners exclusivity handling 1-2 counties. Your role will involve understanding client needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and coordinating installations and maintenance schedules with both customers and the commercial department. You will collaborate closely with technicians and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, home owners, and general contractors.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored garage door solutions.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of garage door products and services.
Consult with clients to recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
Work on development of knowledge of new products by independently researching products.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with residential and commercial department to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Develop new partnerships by attending after hour events and stopping by new construction locations.
Provide technical and product information to support the sales process.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate installations and service appointments.
Ensure timely delivery and completion of projects.
Customer Service:
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
Technical Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in garage door technology.
Provide basic technical support to clients and internal teams as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status.
Preform job checks as required in a professional and accurate manner, fully document all information needed including pictures of the job site.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or sales training preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in the garage door industry is advantageous.
