What Your Day May Include
- Answering phones and providing professional customer service
- Entering service orders and maintaining accurate office records
- Processing vendor invoices, accounts payable, and customer payments
- Organizing files, job documentation, and project information
- Supporting accounting, sales, and operations teams as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in administrative support, office administration, or receptionist roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A customer-focused, team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
