Experienced Commercial Garage Door Tech – Albany, NY

About the Role

We’re growing and looking for a skilled commercial garage door technician who takes pride in high-quality work and solving tough problems on commercial, industrial, and loading dock systems. If you’re experienced with commercial operators, sectional doors, rolling steel, dock levelers, and safety systems — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and service commercial garage doors, operators, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair dock levelers, vehicle restraints, and safety sensors
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial accounts
• Respond to service calls efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean work truck and proper inventory
• Deliver excellent customer service to local businesses and facilities

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience with commercial garage doors (residential-only experience will not be considered)
• Strong knowledge of commercial operators (various brands), rolling steel doors, fire doors, and dock equipment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
