What You'll Do
- Process full-cycle payroll for U.S. operations using Paylocity.
- Administer payroll-related deductions, taxes, and employee records.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.
- Act as a local HR Assistant in Grand Rapids conducting onboarding, employee relations and HR administrative activities.
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years of payroll experience.
- Full-cycle payroll processing experience required.
- Paylocity experience is an asset.
- Benefits administration experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organized and task driven is a must.
