We're looking for an experienced and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant who is able to function autonomously to provide for the day-to-day needs of an elderly population. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience working within the healthcare industry, experience with geriatrics and a commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer to the needs and requests of residents, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Be able to communicate with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Work as part of a team.
- Deal with residents and their families in emergency situations.
- Cope with difficult situations with patience and composure.
- Deal quickly and effectively with resident or family members' emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
