We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our nursing home team!
In this role, you'll advocate for our residents, support families, assist with care planning, coordinate community resources, and help enhance the overall well-being of those we serve.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or a related human services field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, organized, and team-oriented
- Experience in long-term care is a plus, but we're willing to consider motivated candidates eager to make a difference.
- LSW preferred
