What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Experience Assistant (Brand New Facility, Daily Pay) position at Overbrook Landing?
Resident Experience Assistant
Overbrook Landing Health & Rehabilitation
Overbrook Landing Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Resident Experience Assistant to help create an exceptional daily experience for our residents. This is a unique role focused on resident engagement, transportation, hospitality, activities, and being an extra set of hands wherever needed throughout the building.
We are looking for someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and takes pride in helping residents feel valued, entertained, comfortable, and supported. One moment may involve taking a resident to an appointment, the next helping with an activity, sitting and talking with residents, assisting families, helping set up an event, or supporting the team during a busy part of the day.
This is not a desk job, and no two days are ever exactly the same. We need someone who is flexible, easygoing, team-oriented, and ready to adapt to whatever the day brings. The ideal candidate can roll with changes, jump in where needed, maintain a positive attitude, and help keep the environment upbeat and resident-focused even during busy moments.
We want someone visible throughout the building who brings positive energy, strong customer service, and a hospitality mindset into the daily lives of our residents.
