Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Huntsville, AL. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties, including leasing activities, tenant relations, rent collection, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring that buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-presented. The role also involves preparing budgets and reports, monitoring expenses and revenue, and supporting long-term asset performance. The Property Manager will collaborate with ownership, vendors, and contractors to maintain high service standards and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
