Assistant Property Manager

Overbrook Asset Management is looking for a hands-on, organized Assistant Property Manager to work alongside the Property Manager at one of our multifamily properties in Huntsville, Alabama.
This person will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the property, helping keep things running smoothly for both residents and the onsite team.
What You'll Do
- Support the Property Manager with daily property operations
- Assist with leasing, resident communication, and resident relations
- Follow up on rent collection, delinquencies, and resident issues
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors
- Assist with property inspections, work orders, and community upkeep
- Help maintain accurate records, reports, and property information
- Step in wherever needed to support the Property Manager and onsite team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or a related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Bilingual: Spanish Speaker is a plus
