- Maintain proper sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Help with inventory management by keeping track of dishware and kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service times.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
