- Actively engage, interact, and build strong connections with children throughout the day Foster growth across all areas of development: physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and language
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and learning
- Guide children with positive discipline, patience, and encouragement
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and support
- Lead by example and help create a positive, team-oriented culture
