We are entering an exciting new stage of growth and looking to expand our team.
Over The Moon is looking for a part-time/full-time sales associate. Weekend and holiday availability required. This position is an in-person role at our retail store in downtown Charleston, SC.
- Provide the highest level of service and care to our loyal and growing customer base
- Drive and meet sales goals while catering to clients’ individual needs
- Assist with the maintenance and merchandising of the store so that it is clean, organized and visually enticing
- Process sales and returns through the POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform daily operations and closing procedures
- Participate in monthly and seasonal inventory counts
- Previous retail experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Technological competency preferably with Shopify
- Located in commuting distance to our Charleston SC store
