About The Role
The Sr. Analyst, EMRge Client Delivery Operations owns the planning and execution of EMRge Modern MMM client initiatives, with a focus on Media Mix Model reconfiguration efforts (e.g., model rebuilds, model calibration). EMRge, Ovative's proprietary marketing measurement platform, helps clients unify data and insights to make smarter marketing investment decisions — and this role ensures client models consistently reflect the latest data and configurations.
This position scopes work, coordinates timelines, prioritizes development efforts, and manages cross-functional dependencies across Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Visualization, and Service Enablement teams to deliver MMM reconfiguration efforts successfully.
This role translates complex technical work into clear cross-team plans, ensuring EMRge Modern MMM initiatives are coordinated and executed to deliver timely, reliable insights to clients.

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. For our Sr. Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from $75,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus.

Responsibilities Of a Sr. Analyst, EMRge Client Delivery Operations
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead EMRge Modern MMM client initiatives from scoping through completion by establishing timelines, coordinating milestones, tracking progress, and communicating status to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Visualization, and Service Enablement teams to ensure client initiatives progress smoothly with clear ownership, coordinated timelines, and shared visibility
- Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively manage dependencies that impact timelines by surfacing risks early, coordinating cross-team resolutions, and escalating tradeoffs with clear context and business impact
- Portfolio Planning: Proactively identify clients requiring Refits or ETIs in partnership with the Service Enablement team and maintain a prioritized delivery portfolio aligned with team capacity and planning cycles
- Prioritization & Jira Management: In coordination with the Product Owner, prioritize and manage client initiative development work in Jira for Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Visualization, ensuring work is clearly documented, properly sequenced, and ready for execution
- Process & Delivery Optimization: Define repeatable project templates and timelines for EMRge Modern MMM client initiatives, translate technical workflows into clear processes, and continuously improve documentation and operational practices to enable efficient, scalable delivery
- Client Delivery Experience: Own the client delivery experience by ensuring timely model updates and clearly communicating what changed and why, enabling Service Enablement teams to confidently deliver and explain updates to clients
- 2–4 years of experience in the marketing industry and in project management, product operations, program management, or a similar role supporting technical or data-driven products
- Experience collaborating closely with product, data engineering, and data science teams in an Agile delivery environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Curious and motivated to understand the technical and analytical foundations of MMM modeling and data workflows
- Experience prioritizing and managing development work using Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence)
- Clear and confident communicator, able to surface risks early, coordinate cross-team work, and drive decisions
- Process-oriented, with a passion for creating structure and improving workflows
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping processes as EMRge continues to evolve; for example, able to define delivery workflows from scratch for new initiatives where no established playbook exists
