We are looking for a Porter to join our Maintenance Department. We have an opening at one of our premiere apartment communities in Las Vegad with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

We are looking for a Porter to join our Maintenance Department. We have an opening at one of our premiere apartment communities in Las Vegad with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.
Position Requirements
- Primary focus is maintaining the overall appearance of the community.
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Finish work; painting, cleaning, caulking, etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
- Policing the ground and parking areas. Painting curbs and parking lot striping.
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
- Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
- Strong cleaning skills a must! You will primarily be outside 85% of the day.
- Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. Working weekends will be mandatory.
- HVAC and CPO certification is a plus.
