We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II. This position is for our beautiful Apsire at Echelon property, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II in our Maintenance Department.

Position Requirements

• One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC
• Working knowledge of grounds/common areas
• Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation
• Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.
• Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training
• Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation
• Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory
• Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others
• Enthusiastic and with positive attitude
  
  

Required Certifications

• Universal HVAC EPA certification
• CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• HVAC Certification (Preferred)
